Mr. Tarang Jain
Mr. Tarang Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay and a diploma in business administration from the University of Laussane, Switzerland. He has over 34 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Mr. Arjun Jain
Mr. Arjun Jain is the whole time Director and CEO of India Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College, New York. Previously, he was associated with Bain & Company India Private Limited. He joined the company on October 01, 2013 as the General Manager - Business Excellence Division. He was appointed as the Business Head of the Electrical Division in May 2015 and was ascended as the CEO of India Business in 2022"

Mr. Vishal Nidhalkar
Mr. Vishal brings over 13 years of diverse experience across reputed organizations such as Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Group, Madura Coats, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd, and Livguard Energy. He has a proven track record in sales and channel transformations, new business development, trade marketing, sales analytics, and digitalization of sales, warehouse, and logistics processes. Academically, he holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and an MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Vishal is passionate about leveraging technology and data-driven strategies to accelerate business growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Prasann Dange
Mr. Prasann Dange is responsible for Operations and International Business at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 28 years of experience in the automotive component aftermarket industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and postgraduate degrees in Physics and Business Management. Before joining Varroc in 2013 as Regional Head – Central Region, he worked with Usha, Lucas Indian Service, Minda Autocare Ltd., and Minda Corporation Limited in various roles. At present, he manages the activities related to Operations and International Business.
National Sales Head
Mr. Ajit Nair
Mr. Ajit Nair manages the Domestic Sales function at Varroc Aftermarket Divison and has over 20 years of experience in the automotive component industry. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management and has been associated with Varroc for more than 11 years. His responsibilities include sales planning, channel development, and managing market operations across India.
Vertical Head- 4 Wheeler
Mr. Ajay Dawar
Mr. Ajay Dawar is the Vertical Head – 4-Wheeler at Varroc Aftermarket Divison. He is a B.Com graduate and has previously worked with Lumax Industries, Brytax Auto Industries, and Anchmeco Industries. At Varroc, he is responsible for sales activities and managing customer relationships for the 4-Wheeler segment.
Vertical Head - Accessories
Mr. Adil Raza
Mr. Adil Raza is the Vertical Head – Accessories (Hiker) at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 15 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from ICFAI University. At Varroc, he is responsible for planning activities, product-related initiatives, and managing operations within the accessories segment.
Vertical Head - Emerging Categories
Mr. Manoj Kukshal
Mr. Manok Kukshal serves as the Vertical Head – Emerging Category at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has 27 years of experience in the automotive industry and has been associated with Varroc since 2016. He has previously worked with Timken India, Lucas Indian Service, and AMW Motors. He is a postgraduate from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Pune. At Varroc, he is responsible for handling activities related to the emerging category.
Regional Sales Head - West
Mr. Sangeet Mitkari
Mr. Sangeet Mitkari is the Regional Sales Head – West at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 24 years of experience in the automotive component industry, including roles at Uno Minda and Gabriel, and has been associated with Varroc for more than 12 years. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. At Varroc, he is responsible for overseeing sales activities in the western region.
Regional Sales Head - Central
Mr. Gajendra Tomar
Mr. Gajendra Tomar is the Regional Sales Head – Central at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 18 years of experience in the auto components and ancillary industry. Prior to joining Varroc, he worked with Amara Raja Batteries Ltd. and Usha International Ltd. He holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing. At Varroc, he is responsible for overseeing sales operations in the central region.
Regional Sales Head - East
Mr. Jayant Singh
Mr. Jayant Kumar Singh is the Regional Sales Head – East at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry. He holds an MBA degree from Sikkim Manipal University. At Varroc, he is responsible for sales activities, channel management, and overall market operations in the East region.
Regional Sales Head - North
Mr. Kailash Dabral
Mr. Kailash Dabral serves as the Regional Sales Head – North at Varroc Aftermarket Divison. He has over 21 years of experience in the automobile industry and is a graduate of Garhwal University, Uttarakhand. He began his career with Jay Ushin Ltd. and has been associated with Varroc for the past 17 years. In his current role, he oversees sales functions and regional operations across the North region.
Cluster Head - Kerala and Srilanka
Mr. Krishnakumar Mohanakumar
Mr. Krishnakumar Mohanakumar serves as the Cluster Head – Kerala & Sri Lanka at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 22 years of experience in the electrical and auto ancillary components industry and has previously worked with Amco Batteries Ltd., Tata Autocomp GY Batteries Ltd., and Exide Technologies. He has experience in sales, marketing, team management, and market operations. At Varroc, he is responsible for overseeing activities in the Kerala and Sri Lanka clusters.
Cluster Head - Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
Mr. Vijayakumar Chellanadar
Mr. Vijayakumar Chellanadar serves as the Cluster Head – Tamil Nadu & Karnataka at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 18 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry and holds an MBA in Marketing Management. At Varroc, he is responsible for overseeing operations and supporting business planning and development activities across the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka clusters.
Cluster Head - Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Mr. TDRL Murthy
Mr. TDRL Murthy serves as the Cluster Head – Andhra Pradesh & Telangana at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive industry and holds a postgraduate degree from Xavier’s Institute of Business Management. At Varroc, he is responsible for overseeing sales activities and regional operations across the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana clusters.
Finance Controller
Mr. Bhushan S Patel
Mr. Bhushan S. Patel is the Financial Controller for Varroc Aftermarket Division. He holds an MBA in Finance, a Diploma in Taxation Law, and a G.D.C. & A. qualification from the G.D.C. & A. Board, Pune. He has over 25 years of experience in finance across sectors such as automotive, paper, and audit firms. He joined Varroc in March 2006 and has worked in areas including Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, and the SAP team.
Purchase Head
Mr. Bhupendra Bhagwat
Mr. Bhupendra Bhagwat is the Purchase Head at Varroc Aftermarket Divison . He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Taxation Law. He has over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 19 years at Varroc. He joined Varroc in 2006 as Assistant Manager – Internal Audit, where he worked for 11 years before taking responsibility for the Purchase function, which he has been heading for the past eight years.

Ms. Shivani V Mahore
Ms. Shivani has been associated with Varroc Engineering Limited since 2023 in the Aftermarket Division. She has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations, and has previously worked with SHODH Advantech LLP (Pharma Lab) and Resonance Eduventures Ltd. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management. At Varroc Aftermarket Divison, she is responsible for workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement.
