Once an order is placed and the payment is completed, we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, wrong product ordered, product no longer required incorrect vehicle or model selection, or dissatisfaction after receiving the product. Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

3. No Refund Policy All sales made through our website are final. Refunds will not be issued for situations such as cancellation after payment, providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unavailability of the customer during delivery, courier or logistics delays, or minor variations in product colour or appearance.

4. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. Customers must verify all product and delivery details before confirming the order, as no cancellation will be permitted afterward.

5. Product Information & Compatibility Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the product ordered is correct and compatible with their vehicle or application. No replacements, returns, or refunds will be provided in cases where the customer has selected the wrong item or model.

6. Delivery Delays Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, festive seasons, holidays, or logistics and transportation delays. Such delays do not qualify for a refund or cancellation, and customers are expected to allow reasonable time for the courier service to deliver the order.
